Job Description -
Minimum 10 years' experience in IT project implementation with at least 5 years in SAP projects (end-to-end) implementation.
Minimum 5 years' experience in managerial role, leading team to deliver complex & large-scale SAP project implementation.
Possess strong knowledge and experience in large and complex SAP implementation.
Possess strong stakeholder management with the ability to properly manage stakeholder expectations and escalations.
Possess strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and team management skills.
Excellent communication skills
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute end-to-end project management activities.
Define project scope with key stakeholders and effectively manage milestones and dependencies.
Support the management of financial, contractual, and operational commitments.
Monitor delivery performance and quality using metrics and status reporting.
Mitigate risks as defined in project plan.
Manage all change requests, validate all budget/schedule impacts, obtain the stakeholder s commitment, and communicate approved changes to all teams.
Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders, and ensuring technical feasibility
Ensure resource availability and allocation.
Develop a detailed project plan to track progress.
Report and escalate to management as needed.
Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.
Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
