Job Description:
Looking for CRM Analytics (aka Einstein Analytics) Developer for multiple enhancements of existing Salesforce application Dealer Performance Management (DPM). Most enhancements are building a new KPI Dashboard or adding new metrics in existing KPI Dashboard, using the data feed from Herok.
Core Duties
Deliver the implementation of technical/architectural aspects of Analytics solutions.
Create or enhance KPI Dashboard in CRM Analytics
Develop, maintain and perform processes to monitor data quality and integrity in platform applications
Configure Data Sources to extract data from disparate sources
Requirements
3+ years hands-on development experience on the CRM Analytics (purely CRMA, not including Salesforce platform experience)
Salesforce certified CRM Analytics and Discovery Consultant
Experience on change set deployments, community cloud, complicated data filtering
Knowledge on Relational database concepts such as SQL and data modeling
Typical CRM Analytics implementations include custom platform development (SAQL, JSON), Dataflow and binding solutions
Mapping functional requirements to CRM Analytics features and functionality
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Software Engineering, or work experience in the relevant field
