Job description:

The Junior Specialist is responsible for Technical Operations within DHB Provider Operations Unit. The Junior Specialist will: to Play an active role partnering with business leaders and teams to understand and drive technology/information requirements through internal and external service providers to achieve the required technology and information capacities to Support Provider Operations activities to ensure the accurate, timely, and cost-effective implementation of new and existing processes and functionality in both the NCTracks system and the new Provider Data Management/Credentials Verificaion Organization (PDM/CVO) modules to include planning, requirements, prioriza on, Customer Service Requests, service ckets, File Maintenance Requests, defects, training, and tes ng.

To Par cipate and collabora on with other workgroups to collect and analyze data; assist with tes ng and valida on of data and business processes; evaluate file layouts, risks of modifica ons, and downstream impacts to other systems; u lize systems to holis cally research, iden fy and resolve errors with data transmission; priori ze needs of Provider Opera ons. Par cipa on in crea ng and maintaining Provider Opera ons repor ng and dashboarding.

To serve as a primary point of contact for the change control and technical processes used by Provider Opera ons Assist with other projects and ac vi es as needed

Ability to extrapolate conclusions from large data reports
