Description:
Design Program Manager – Data Analyst
We're looking for a Data Analyst with expert-level skills in Jira and Excel to join our Experience Design team and support the Design Program Managers on our team - tracking design project data, progress, activities, etc. - across our entire digital product portfolio.
This is a support role that doesn't require project/program managing teams/projects.
You’re a person who has (required skills)
Expertise in using Jira and Excel to track and analyze project progress and health
Excellent attention to details to enter data flawlessly and maintain data hygiene across a large portfolio of activities
Bachelor’s degree in business, Design, or related digital or business process-related field
No more than 3 years of professional experience
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Work co-located with other designers and partners. (Not remote.)
And you are a person who:
Proactive with data and solves problems without being asked
Brings a strong work ethic to every project
Resolves issues effectively and calmly
Achieves results and manages time well
Builds and nurtures strong relationships and fosters a diverse and inclusive environment
Is intellectually curious
Demonstrates strong listening, communication and presentation skills
Adapts quickly and positively to change
You’ll be better prepared if you have (desired skills)
General understanding of User-Centered Design, Design Sprints, Agile and other process methodologies used in the product and digital environment
Experience/understanding of software used by designers and project managers, such as Sketch, InVision, and other common design tools
Financial services experience
Top Must Have:
