Job Summary:
We are in search of a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer to lead the testing of our next-generation in-vehicle driver experiences for clinet's mobile delivery application. This role focuses on both lab and field testing, particularly in manual test case regression and release regression, alongside feature testing from our fleet of test vans. The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in Android mobile and Automotive software testing, working closely with product management, design, and development teams to ensure high-quality product delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct detailed manual testing and evaluate product functionality to establish test strategies, executing test cases to assess quality.
Lead the testing for large-scale systems, including creating test plans, test cases, and promoting continuous improvements in the QA process.
Communicate effectively with engineering, technical teams, and management to gather requirements and report on test progress and outcomes.
Generate detailed bug reports and debug across various testing and production environments.
Provide test summary reports highlighting key quality metrics, risks, and mitigation strategies.
Must-Have Skills:
4+ year of experience working as a Quality Assurance Engineer
Profound experience in manual testing methodologies and tools.
Experience validating Android Mobile and Automotive software both in test environments (Lab) as well in vehicle testing (On Road Testing).
Experience testing Bluetooth/BLE technologies
Valid US driver's license with willingness to participate in on-road testing activities.
Industry Experience:
Proven background in Infotainment or Automotive software testing.
Experience with in-vehicle technology integration and testing.
