Job Description:
As a UI Path/RPA BOT Developer, you will be at the forefront of enhancing IT and digital services. This role requires a passion for overcoming challenges and a commitment to delivering impactful process automation solutions. You will assist in the design, configuration, development, and deployment of scalable automation solutions using UI Path frameworks and tools. Your responsibilities will include analyzing existing processes, developing specifications for automated workflows, and monitoring Bot performance to ensure effective and efficient automation delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the design, configuration, and deployment of advanced RPA solutions.
Develop complex SQL queries to support automation efforts.
Oversee deliverables for RPA projects, ensuring timely and quality outcomes.
Collaborate in developing requirements and specifications for automation processes.
Conduct research and analysis to identify trends and make data-driven recommendations.
Support testing, implementation, and resolution of issues related to business automations.
Document technical workflows and system designs, verifying against user requirements.
Learn new technical concepts and software languages as needed for project success.
Provide mentorship and guidance to junior UiPath RPA BOT developers.
Analyze and synthesize data to draw conclusions that impact automation initiatives.
Required Skills, Experiences, Education, and Competencies:
Proficient in UI Path Platform with 3+ years of RPA bot development/implementation experience.
5+ years of experience in development methodologies, database, and systems architecture concepts.
Expertise in developing complex SQL queries and understanding programming design techniques.
Experience with API development, implementation, and integration.
Advanced skills in designing, developing, testing, and implementing UI Path RPA solutions.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and systems development life cycle principles.
Strong problem-solving skills with a proven ability to diagnose and resolve complex issues.
Experience in establishing RPA Centers of Excellence and managing technology programs/projects.
Knowledge of implementing solutions in cloud/hosted environments.
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, capable of interfacing with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Desired Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field preferred.
Familiarity with .Net Framework (C#, JAVA, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, SQL).
Organized, responsive, and committed to delivering professional and accurate services.
Strong creative thinking skills for analyzing problems and proposing practical solutions.
Ability to maintain cooperative working relationships and coordinate multiple initiatives.
Experience in analyzing business functions and translating requirements into software solutions.
Proficient in evaluating information from surveys, workshops, and task analysis.
Knowledge of addressing security vulnerabilities and remediation strategies.
The hourly range for roles of this nature are $40.00 to $80.00/hr. Rates are heavily dependent on skills, experience, location, and industry.
