Job Summary:

We are seeking a Service Desk Operations Analyst for a 100% REMOTE role, offering an engaging work environment that promises diversity and challenges, and the opportunity for career growth. The ideal candidate will understand and deliver Managed Service offerings, provide top-level technical support within defined service level agreements, and ensure effective communication with internal and external customers. This role demands a meticulous individual with a knack for problem-solving, technical change implementation, and an unwavering commitment to customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Delivering Managed Service offerings as outlined and ensuring top-level technical support including problem resolution and technical change implementation.

Maintaining effective and detailed communication with clients through various mediums.

Providing 24 x 7 support to critical systems, ensuring system availability objectives are met.

Taking ownership of incidents/requests and driving them to resolution while documenting and tracking troubleshooting steps.

Offering guidance and support to less experienced team members, contributing to a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Must-Have Skills:

Deep understanding of technical support and problem-solving within a service level agreement framework.

Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating complex solutions clearly and concisely.

Strong organizational and analytical skills, able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Industry Experience:

Experience in IT and specifically in a network operations center or similar environment would be highly beneficial.
