Job Requirements / Description
Responsibilities:
Gather requirements and perform analysis of user activities and/or systems to identify business solutions or process improvement opportunities. Assist in evaluation of software applications and software development firms and conduct software demos. Develop and maintain business and system requirements, workflow diagrams, and wireframes. Test new system behavior to ensure alignment with the requirements. Prepare training documentation, train users and conduct post rollout validation of the new systems. Prepare communication plans and related activities. Keep up to date with system releases and make recommendations on new features that can be used for our business processes. Perform Salesforce Administration, including but not limited to creating reports, flows, permissions, profiles, formula fields, validation rules, etc. Work with other QA & Development Team Leads to define features and design solutions based on high level scope. Lead a team of 2-5 Business Systems Analyst. Manage requirements backlog. Work with product owners to prioritize requirements on the roadmap. Conduct Sprint planning sessions and work with the team to prepare sprint schedule. Conduct daily standups to ensure team is on track to delivery planned items. Lead and conduct grooming sessions with developers and QA to groom new requirements and defects. Work with developers to plan for deployment of new requirements and defects. Administer and configure JIRA for project, requirements, design and test case management. Actively participate to ensure Agile methodology is followed as per best practices set by Barton.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Information Technology, or a related Engineering field with 3 years’ experience as Business Analyst, Quality Assurance Analyst or similar. Experience must include documenting requirements and testing software applications; managing software projects; creating wireframes and process flow diagrams; creating user guide materials, including instructional videos for software users; administering and managing Jira application.
