Work Authorization: W2 Candidates only

Role and Responsibilities:

Contribute to code development approximately 90% of the time.

Coach and mentor other developers 10% of the time.

Must-Have Skills:

5+ years of recent, hands-on experience with:

Java

Spring Boot

Kafka

Microservices

NoSQL (Cassandra or CockroachDB preferred)

Strong experience with Java/Spring/Microservices/REST API development.

Experience with Kafka and NoSQL databases, particularly CockroachDB.

Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor a team of developers.
