Job Requirements / Description
Design, develop, and maintain Android applications using Jetpack Compose.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
Write clean, maintainable, and testable code while following best practices.
Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of the applications.
Optimize apps for performance, scalability, and user engagement.
Debug and resolve issues, providing support for ongoing app updates.
Stay up-to-date with new mobile technology trends, including Android development standards and Jetpack Compose updates.
Participate in code reviews to maintain a high-quality codebase
Digital : Kotlin, Core Java, Digital : Mobile Computing - Android
8+ years of professional Android development experience.
1+ years of experience with Jetpack Compose.
Proficiency in Kotlin and Java programming languages.
Strong understanding of Android SDK, UI/UX principles, and architecture patterns (MVVM, MVI, etc.).
Experience with Android Jetpack libraries (e.g., Navigation, LiveData, ViewModel, etc.).
Familiarity with RESTful APIs to connect Android applications to backend services.
Experience with version control systems such as Git.- Experience with Android architecture components, custom views, animations, and transitions.
Familiarity with performance profiling tools and memory management techniques.
Solid understanding of mobile app testing strategies and CI/CD pipelines
Experience with Kotlin Coroutines and Flow.
Experience with Dependency Injection frameworks (e.g., Dagger, Hilt).- Experience with Room database, DataStore, and other persistence mechanisms.
Exposure to Android testing frameworks (JUnit, Espresso, etc.).- Strong understanding of Material Design guidelines and Android UI design principles.
Previous experience in building apps that run across different Android devices and versions.
Open-source contributions or active participation in the Android community.
