Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain high-quality Java applications for accounting solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and implement new features and enhancements.
Optimize existing applications for improved performance and scalability.
Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers to promote best practices in coding and development methodologies.
Troubleshoot and resolve software defects and production issues in a timely manner.
Participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning and retrospectives.
Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and propose improvements to our tech stack.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Java Developer, with 5+ years of relevant work experience.
Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns.
Proficiency in Java frameworks such as Spring and Hibernate.
Experience with database management systems, such as MySQL or PostgreSQL.
Knowledge of version control systems, particularly Git.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
