ERP Senior Business Analyst

Our client, North America's leading roofing manufacturer, is looking to hire an experienced ERP Senior Business Analyst to join their FP&A team.

Key Responsibilities:

Elicit business needs and perform detailed analysis

Model processes and evaluate impacts

Develop and maintain efficient planning models

Partner with project teams to deliver SAC Planning solution

Solve complex business problems using process redesign and cloud technologies

Prepare and present findings and recommendations

Identify testing scenarios and support deliverable testing

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field

10+ years of IT experience, preferably in B2B durable goods or construction

3+ years experience with advanced planning (FP&A) systems

Preferred Skills:

Experience with SAC Planning, Anaplan, Hyperion, or OneStream

SAP Finance process knowledge

Strong implementation and support experience with SAC Planning

Agile and SDLC software development practices

Excellent communication and analytical skills
