Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities:

In this role, you will: 

Support RF Engineers in automating processes and enabling tools for optimization of the DISH 5G network

Support the RF Optimization Team to develop and implement RAN metrics and KPIs

Provide direction and support for DISH market drive testing, including vendor management and tool roadmaps.

Foster partnerships to drive innovation and automation in network design, deployment, and optimization

Enable data analytics and AI/ML models for the network monitoring, operations and assurance

Automate repetitive tasks through scripting

Skills, Experience and Requirements:
As a successful Staff RF Automation Engineer, 

Education and Experience: 

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a technical discipline (computer science or electrical engineering degree preferred)

7+ years of experience working within the wireless industry 

Skills and Qualifications:

Familiarity with Wireless network architecture technologies, concepts, and industry standards

Experience in RF Design or Optimization in a multi-technology network environment

Skilled in RF optimization, network automation, and optimization processes and tools

Knowhow in RAN Performance Metrics

Proficiency in database platforms

Experience coding in Python

Familiarity with AI/ML models and data science projects

Mastery with RAN optimization tools

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
