Responsibilities for this Position:
ROLE AND POSITION OBJECTIVES:
This position is eligible for a sign-on bonus up to $15,000 for New Hires Only
Referral bonuses up to $8,000 for critical hires are available to employees

We are seeking a highly skilled Military Radio Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the design, development, and implementation of advanced military communication systems. This role requires a deep understanding of military radio architecture, RF technologies, and secure communications to support mission-critical operations. As a senior systems architect for our Tactical Radio team, you’ll lead a cross functional team responsible for envisioning and realizing the next generation of tactical radios for the US Armed Forces.

Experience with software-defined radio (SDR) technologies.

Architect radio communication systems tailored for military applications, ensuring interoperability, security, and reliability.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations, and logistics, to integrate radio systems into broader military platforms.
Oversee testing and validation of radio systems to ensure compliance with military standards and specifications.
Provide technical expertise and support during system integration and field deployment.
Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends in military communications and radio systems.
