We seek candidates for a Workforce Management (WFM) Integration Analyst or Kronos/Dimensions Integration Specialist position. This role is 100% remote and open to candidates based anywhere within the USA.

The client is looking for a Workforce Management (WFM) Integration Analyst or Kronos/Dimensions Integration Specialist with a strong focus on managing and supporting the integration of various systems (like Workday, Epic, and Kronos/Dimensions) Particularly focusing on maintaining seamless operations and transitioning from Kronos to Dimensions. The role requires both technical capabilities (in SQL, APIs, Boomi, and server management) and strong communication skills to interact with stakeholders and document processes.

1. This position plays a major role in the design, programming, testing, implementation, and support for integrations for our Workforce Management System

2. Monitor ETL Jobs Monitors jobs sent from Workday / Epic to Kronos/ Dimensions correctly, if there is an error, then will need further research, fix, and batch resend

3. Server patching - Analyst log back into server to start services. Logs into app to perform a general validation.

4. Review termination List performed in Kronos correctly. Analyst verifies termination done correctly. Automated from Workday. Cancel status are currently manually done.

5. Monitor interface error

6. Review failed punches/clock-in's/out's

7. Clock monitor / maintenance. If clock determines to be broken, Analyst works with Desktop to configure and/or mail clock back to vendor

8. Conduct analysis of application design including but not limited to planning implementations and maximizing application benefits.

9. Develop working knowledge of assigned applications and related development and maintenance tools.

10. Assist with resolution of issues, tracks issues and provides updates to peers, leadership and clients with minimum supervision.

11. Independently manages assigned projects and meets deadlines.

12. Adheres to departmental policies and procedures.

13. Plan and conduct requirements gathering.

14. Coordinate, plan and conduct detailed design sessions through knowledge of client/business needs and application functionality with minimum supervision.

15. Coordinate, plan, and conduct analysis of client business needs with minimum supervision.

16. Develop reference materials (status reports, documentation, etc.) for supported applications and related technologies.

17. Serve as an advocate for department initiatives and processes.

18. Kronos and Dimension Configuration Experience

19. Experienced / understanding of Kronos APIs and how to integrate them

20. Strong SQL knowledge and experience.

21. Strong knowledge of Dimension configuration and setups.

22. Troubleshoot issues with Dimensions setup. Good knowledge of the integration framework in Dimensions. Experience with development and troubleshooting Boomi Integrations in Dimensions.

23. Should have knowledge of Dataview in Dimensions.

24. Experience of migration from Kronos to Dimensions.

25. Strong interpersonal, collaboration, and problem-solving skills

26. Proven communication skills, with well-developed verbal, written and presentation ability

27. Strong work ethic, intellectual curiosity, good judgment, mature and positive attitude

28. Stakeholder Management

29. Experience gathering requirements from the client / business and documenting

30. Experience with process improvement, workflow, benchmarking and / or evaluation of business processes "
