ServiceNow Developer
Location :: 100% Remote

As a Senior ServiceNow Developer, you will be instrumental in the configuration, development, support, and maintenance of our ServiceNow implementation. Collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders, your role will focus on delivering digital transformation solutions, particularly in request fulfillment and key ITIL processes such as Request, Incident Management, and Hardware Asset Management.
Primary Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain custom catalog items using Flow Designer.
Manage existing catalog items, ensuring workflows are effective and efficient.
Integrate ServiceNow applications with third-party vendors.
Prototype solutions for new projects quickly and effectively.
Design and implement solutions leveraging ServiceNow applications including ITSM, CMDB, Hardware Asset Management, Incident processes, and Customer Service Management.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues as they arise.
Automate manual tasks to enhance operational efficiency.
Develop ServiceNow applications and integrate them with other platforms, adhering to architectural standards and best practices in an Agile Scrum environment.
Collaborate with engineers, developers, and team members to ensure projects stay on track.
Maintain documentation best practices and follow ServiceNow standards throughout development.
Support deployments as necessary.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree with 7–10 years of relevant experience, or a Master's Degree with 6–10 years of experience. Additional years of work experience may substitute for a degree.
Minimum of 6 years of experience in technology infrastructure design, development, and support.
At least 4 years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
Familiarity with ServiceNow upgrades.
Proficient in JavaScript/GLIDE, HTML5, and related web technologies.
Ability to assist in establishing coding standards for consistency.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Experience integrating ServiceNow with external systems via SOAP or REST web services.
Proficiency in using Flow Designer and UI Builder.
ServiceNow Certified Application Developer and/or ServiceNow Certified System Administrator preferred.
ITIL v3 Foundations Certification is a plus.
Familiarity with JavaScript, Ajax, CSS, HTML, AngularJS, Bootstrap, and jQuery.
Experience with integration technologies (REST, SOAP, JSON/XML).
Self-starter attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Understanding of Agile development and testing methodologies.
Additional Information:
