About This Opportunity:
 

The FLOS Senior Analyst is responsible for supporting the team in complex second-level technical support and analysis. The incumbent will function in a highly collaborative capacity. 

Schedule - Monday through Friday 8:30AM to 5:00PM 

Responsibilities:
 

Leads the team in quality and detail-oriented documentation of support cases and procedures.

Takes ownership of complex second-level technical problems and drives them to permanent resolution.

Leads projects and creates accompanying procedural and training documentation.

Provides system/software consultancy to internal and external business partners.

Participates in definition and analysis phases of projects to ensure that business needs and requirements are captured effectively. 

Assists with audit support, including both internal and external audits. 

Provides leadership, coaching, and/or mentoring to a subordinate group.

 

Qualifications:
 

Problem management.

Complex idea synthesis.

Oral and written communication skills.

Ability to build collaborative relationships.

Analytical thinking skills.

Leadership skills.

Financial services (prepaid, banking, retail, corporate, or finance).

Shift flexibility.

Experience and Education:

Performs work under minimal supervision.

Handles moderately complex second-level technical issues and problems, and refers the most complex issues to higher-level staff.

Possesses solid working knowledge of subject matter.

Typically requires 2 to 4 years of experience.

Reports to: Typically reports to a department head or manager.
