ABOUT THIS FEATURED OPPORTUNITY:

Join a dynamic team building a cutting-edge AI platform to support the creation, deployment, and management of AI applications. This platform, still in its early stages, will enable internal teams to work with AI technologies such as Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and AI agents. You'll play a key role in building backend infrastructure that other teams will use to power AI solutions.

THE OPPORTUNITY FOR YOU:

As a Software Engineer on this AI platform team, you'll be responsible for building backend services that scale across teams. You'll be focused on platform development, including building ingestion, retrieval, and hosting capabilities for AI applications. You'll have the chance to contribute to foundational elements of a platform that's at the cutting edge of AI. You will work with project leads for back-end coding that directly contributes to the development of a scalable platform, to create services that can be used by other teams.

KEY SUCCESS FACTORS (top 3 must haves)

3-4+ years of backend development experience in Python and/or Java

Must have a proven track record of building platforms or adding features to backend services.

Experience developing large-scale web applications or platforms that serve other teams (e.g., REST services, backend architecture).

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science

NICE TO HAVES

Experience with AWS and Kubernetes.

Familiarity with LLMs (using models, not building them) and RAG.

Understanding of AI agent workflows and how they interact with platforms.
