Competitive Pay: $85,000 - $95,000 / year

What You’ll Do:
Lead POS Transformation: Spearhead the upgrade from Oracle Micros RES 3700 to Oracle Simphony, ensuring seamless implementation.
Guide On-Site Teams: Supervise and support team members to guarantee success in system conversions.
Optimize Operations: Manage daily POS functions, troubleshoot issues, and provide top-notch end-user support.
Innovate with Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate on IT projects that boost operational efficiency and enhance the customer experience.
Stay Ahead of Industry Trends: Bring cutting-edge ideas and knowledge to our fast-paced environment.
What You Bring:
Expertise in Simphony POS, Networking (TCP/IP, VLANs), and SQL/JSON for data integration.
Experience in hybrid IT environments, with proven skills in troubleshooting, system optimization, and technical documentation with restaurant technology.
A knack for vendor management and a passion for creating streamlined, effective technology solutions.
