Job Title: Payroll Data Analyst
Location(s): Malvern, PA (Remote)
We are seeking a skilled Payroll Data Analyst with experience in North America payroll processes to assist with data analysis and reporting for an ongoing payroll implementation project.
While this role will not involve payroll processing, a solid understanding of payroll reporting and the ability to interpret payroll data is essential. The ideal candidate will have medium-level proficiency in Excel and strong analytical skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with the payroll and implementation teams to support payroll data migration and system implementation.
• Analyze payroll data for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Prepare, analyze, and present payroll reports, identifying trends and discrepancies.
• Assist with data validation and testing throughout the payroll implementation process.
• Support the transition to new payroll systems by ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
• Develop ad-hoc reports as required to assist in decision-making processes.
• Work with stakeholders to identify and resolve payroll data issues. Qualifications:
• 2+ years of experience in North America payroll operations, with a focus on payroll reporting and data analysis.
• Familiarity with payroll regulations and compliance in North America.
• Strong knowledge of Excel, including functions like VLOOKUP, PivotTables, and basic formulas.
• Experience in payroll system implementations is a plus.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

3-5 years
