Description:
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, test, and implement custom Salesforce applications and solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.
Customize Salesforce functionalities, including workflows, process builders, and approval processes.
Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Integrate Salesforce with other systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, or other integration tools.
Optimize the performance of existing Salesforce applications and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
Maintain documentation for all custom developments, processes, and workflows.
Stay up-to-date with Salesforce releases, features, and best practices, and make recommendations for improvements.
Conduct training and provide support to end-users as needed.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in Salesforce development and customization.
Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce APIs.
Experience with Salesforce administration, including user management, security settings, and data management.
Knowledge of Salesforce development best practices and design patterns.
Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Preferred Skills:
Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I & II.
Experience with Salesforce integrations (MuleSoft, Informatica, etc.).
Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and frameworks.
Knowledge of CI/CD tools and practices for Salesforce deployments.
