Job Title: Sr. Salesforce Developer
Location: Hybrid onsite 3x week; downtown Atlanta, GA
FullTime/ Direct Hire
Role Overview: We are seeking a hands-on Sr. Salesforce Developer who is also a strong communicator and capable of leading small teams. You will work alongside another tech lead to augment their efforts, as they are currently stretched thin.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop functionality, Apex code, and flows.
Focus on security-related tasks.
Mentor junior developers.
Ensure adherence to coding best practices.
Utilize tools like SonarQube or Checkmarx for code reviews (experience with these tools is a plus as they will be implemented in 2025).
Perform some DevOps tasks, including deployments and back promotions (not a primary responsibility).
Required Skills:
Proficiency in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
Experience with Marketing Cloud (highly desirable).
Familiarity with Commerce Cloud (will be significant starting Q4 2025).
Work Environment:
Agile environment with a 2-week sprint cadence.
Must be comfortable with Agile ceremonies.
Willingness to work onsite in Atlanta 3 days a week (Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday).
Team Dynamics:
Team player who can drive technical discussions and adhere to Salesforce best practices.
Enthusiastic and driven, with the ability to energize the team and collaborate effectively with the business.
Ability to hit the ground running in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Day-to-Day Activities:
Focus on maintenance and enhancement for the next 6-9 months.
Expect increased workload and dynamic tasks post-July with the deployment of Catalyst.
Flexibility and quick learning are essential as not all tasks will be clearly defined.

What You Will Do
This Sr. Developer position within the Building Products IT team creates long-term value by ensuring that all the technical aspects of our (url removed) implementation are managed well. You will be responsible for:
" Lead Technical Development: Oversee the technical development and deployment of (url removed) functionalities, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Commerce Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
" Design and Implementation: Collaborate with business analysts, technical architects, and developers to convert user stories into actionable technical designs, leveraging tools like flows, triggers, APEX classes, Lightning Web Components, and MuleSoft/SAP CPI integrations.
" Project Coordination: Manage and coordinate onshore and offshore development teams for delivery, unit testing, QA, and deployment.
" Technical Documentation: Maintain comprehensive data models, data dictionaries, and technical documentation.
" Integration and Data Migration: Work with MuleSoft and SAP CPI integration teams to implement data integrations between Salesforce and other systems. Develop and execute data migration strategies as needed.
" Application Monitoring: Ensure effective application monitoring and technical support for the (url removed) platform.
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
" Proven expertise in (url removed) configuration and development.
" Experience leading and coordinating development efforts with teams.
" Strong background in implementing and supporting complex databases and integrations.
" Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and deployment technologies.
What Will Put You Ahead
" BS Degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or MIS
" Experience in creating solutions in salesforce Experience Cloud, Commerce Cloud and Marketing Cloud for customers and partners
" Experience in managing data migrations into (url removed) or other CRM platforms
" Experience working with MuleSoft, SAP CPI or similar systems integration tools to integrate with SAP ERP and other systems
" Experience working with offshore development resources
