ABOUT THIS FEATURED OPPORTUNITY
This Solutions Architect role offers a unique opportunity to become a functional subject matter expert (SME) within a dynamic organization focusing on enterprise systems. The team builds and manages service management applications and agreement systems, which support various customer service channels—whether through contact centers, cell support, online chat, or phone—via service partners and wireless carriers. You will play a pivotal role in bridging business stakeholders with internal teams to design and implement innovative solutions.
THE OPPORTUNITY FOR YOU
As a Solutions Architect, you will interface directly with business stakeholders, collaborating closely with internal partners to identify and solve complex problems. Your work will include leading workshops and brainstorming sessions, understanding business requirements, and recommending high-level solutions. You will influence technical direction, aligning engineering leaders to approve your solution designs. You'll be the critical bridge between functional subject matter expertise and the technical architecture, driving processes that support end customers through enterprise systems.
KEY SUCCESS FACTORS (top 3 must haves)
7+ years of Solutions Architect experience: Strong engineering and architecture background with expertise in trending architectural approaches.
Java and Rest APIs expertise: Deep understanding of microservices vs monolithic architectures, system design, security, compliance, and database management. Ability to open and understand code for business logic and ensure the development of scalable, high-throughput systems.
Product Owner/Communication skills: Strong communication skills to influence, guide, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders.
NICE TO HAVES
Experience working with Apple systems and solutions.
Ability to create detailed solution documentation, including user stories, requirements traceability matrix, nonfunctional requirements, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
