Job Requirements / Description
We are seeking a dedicated Mid-Tier Information Assurance/Cybersecurity Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will support the program by developing, deploying, and maintaining computing and information security requirements in compliance with strict government regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and sustain product security throughout the lifecycle.
Enhance system requirements and architectures to meet certification and customer needs.
Ensure the security of facilities, equipment, data, and networks.
Define security requirements for suppliers and integrate them into products and services.
Basic Qualifications:
Active Secret clearance
5-9 years of experience in the following:
CompTIA Security+ certification.
Experience with Microsoft Windows OS installation, configuration, maintenance, and administration.
Proficiency in PowerShell, Batch, and Bash scripting.
Experience in designing and implementing cybersecurity controls and processes.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with RedHat Enterprise Linux.
Knowledge of virtualization clusters and Storage Area Networks (SAN).
Familiarity with the DoD Security Technical Implementation Guide (STIG) review process.
Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in a related field with 5+ years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
An ACTIVE U.S. Government Security Clearance is Required to be considered for this role.
