Job Requirements / Description
We are seeking an IT Project Analyst to manage and improve the work intake process for IT infrastructure requests for a top healthcare client. This role requires expertise in ServiceNow and Azure DevOps, supporting intake, triage, and communication with assignment teams and customers. Additionally, the role will involve process assessments to identify areas for improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage intake, triage, and organization of IT infrastructure work requests.
Communicate updates with assignment teams and stakeholders.
Conduct process assessments and recommend improvements.
Leverage ServiceNow and Azure DevOps to support process management.
Collaborate with internal IT divisions and vendors to provide technical interpretations of service requirements.
Oversee multiple small to medium-scale IT projects, managing resources, risks, and communications.
Lead process improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of tools and methodologies.
Demonstrate strong facilitation, team building, and conflict resolution skills.
Track and report work unit activities and IT operations.
Required Experience:
Hands-on experience with IT infrastructure projects, including servers, telecom, networks, and data center migrations or refreshes.
Experience working in a hospital or clinical setting with 24x7 patient care.
Proficiency in communicating project updates to stakeholders and customers.
Familiarity with process management, including triaging and communications.
Experience with ServiceNow (request forms, assignment groups, navigation) and Azure DevOps (Kanban boards, navigation).
Required Skills & Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Management, or a related field, or an Associate’s degree with 2 years of technical experience.
Strong communication, organization, problem-solving, and facilitation skills.
Knowledge of business systems and technical process flows.
Preferred Skills & Experience:
One to two years of clinical experience in a healthcare setting.
