Job Summary:
As a Part-Time IT Support Intern at DataVisor, you will assist our IT team. This role will provide you with the opportunity to gain practical experience in managing IT support processes, troubleshooting issues, and implementing solutions that enhance the productivity of our teams. You will be integral in supporting employees, managing technical requests, and ensuring a seamless technological experience within the company.
Specific Responsibilities:
Assist in troubleshooting hardware and software issues reported by employees.
Respond to IT support tickets promptly and provide effective solutions.
Help maintain and configure computer systems and other technical equipment.
Support the onboarding process for new staff by setting up their IT equipment.
Participate in IT projects, including upgrades, installations, and maintenance.
Document support processes and create user manuals for team members.
Requirements
Requirements:
Currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Familiarity with basic IT concepts, including hardware, software, networks, and security.
Experience with Windows and Mac operating systems.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
Ability to communicate technical information clearly to non-technical staff.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Previous internship or work experience in an IT support role is a plus.
