Senior Software Engineer

Our Client, a Financial company, is looking for a Senior Software Engineer for their O’Fallon, MO/Hybrid location.

 

Responsibilities:

Contribute to all parts of the software solution’s development and maintenance including design, development, documentation, deployment, and testing.

Adhere to Client’s standards, processes, and best practices

Write high quality, secure code that is modular, functional, and testable.

Broad understanding of Software Engineering Concepts and Methodologies is required.

 

Requirements:

Knowledge of SQL and RDBMS concepts.

Self-motivated with the ability to accomplish tasks with guidance as needed.

Willingness and ability to learn and take on challenging opportunities and to work as a member of matrix based diverse and geographically distributed project team.

Experience with front-end development using Angular 2, NodeJS, TypeScript, Karma, Jasmine

Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and responsive web design.

Familiarity with modern frontend development tools and libraries

Good understanding of Single-page application (SPA’s)

Experience using DOM and DOM functions.

Proficient communication skills with verbal and written English.

Four-year degree in a related field, certifications, or comparable work experience

Familiarity with solving UI state management

Experience with handling Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG)

Experience with Git, and Jenkins

Experience working in an agile environment

Experience working with code coverage and health reporting tools such as Sonar

Hands-on experience in development or Test Automation Framework implementations using Selenium WebDriver and Junit 5.
