4 Corner Resources is seeking an IT Field Technician looking for their next opportunity. It is a great opportunity to get your foot in the door with one of the leading healthcare organizations in the state of Florida. This is a long-term contract with potential to convert down the road.
The duties and responsibilities of the Field Tech will range from Installs and repairs to facility and division IT equipment and software, including but not limited to terminals, computers, printers, cabling, and related software products. The Field Tech will be responsible for responding to and resolving inquiries and requests for assistance with division or facility computer systems and provide superior customer support.
IT Field Technician Qualifications:
Minimum 3 to 6 months experience in a technical support role.
Experience with troubleshooting and resolving technical problems
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts in a clear and concise way
Experience with Microsoft core products such as Windows 7 & 10, Active Directory, Outlook, O365, SharePoint, etc.
Basic knowledge of networking concepts and equipment connectivity to services
Experience working with the setup, configuration and provisioning of technical office equipment such as Workstations, Laptops, Tablets, Printers and other peripherals
A+ certification preferred
Must have a flexible schedule
Must have a clean driving record.
Must be able to lift equipment such as computers and printers weighing up to 50 pounds
IT Support Technician Pay:
Starting at $17 hrly (based on experience and formal education)
