We are seeking a detail-oriented BDR Operations Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing Business Development Representative (BDR) inputs to ensure accurate qualification for compensation. Your keen analytical skills and understanding of BDR processes will be essential in maintaining the integrity of our compensation framework. The ideal candidate will thrive in a collaborative environment, demonstrate the ability to provide constructive feedback, and adapt quickly to new challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
Review and analyze BDR inputs and performance metrics to validate compensation qualifications.
Ensure adherence to established processes and guidelines for BDR performance evaluations.
Collaborate closely with BDRs, BDR leadership, and compensation teams to communicate findings and resolve discrepancies.
Provide insights and recommendations for process improvements related to BDR operations and compensation structures.
Effectively articulate and communicate decisions, including when to decline compensation requests that do not meet criteria.
Maintain accurate records and documentation related to BDR performance and compensation qualifications.
Stay current with industry trends and best practices related to sales operations and compensation.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
Proven experience in a sales operations or analytical role, preferably within a B2B environment.
Strong understanding of BDR processes and performance metrics.
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively.
