QA Automation Engineer

Job Title: QA Automation Engineer

Location : Austin, TX

Duration : 12 months

Job Responsibilities:

-Develop automated test scripts for mobile applications and train team members on

creating automated test scripts for web and mobile platforms.

-Analyze business requirements and create automated test scripts for new features.

-Convert existing manual test cases into automated scripts.

-Maintain and document coding best practices and ensure adherence to them.

-Train team members on developing and maintaining automated test scripts.

-Collaborate with Product Owners, Developers, Scrum Masters, and other QA members to

enhance testing processes.

-Triage, log, and track defect tickets effectively.

-Communicate testing requirements and potential risks early in the development process.

-Actively work to resolve any obstacles that may impede testing.

-Design and execute test plans to ensure the quality of code releases.

Must-Have Skills:

-Selenium Automation Testing : Expertise in using Selenium for automation testing

is essential.

-Experience in developing automation test scripts for both mobile and web

applications.

-Strong knowledge of best practices in coding and testing automation.

-Ability to convert manual test cases into automated scripts efficiently.

-Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and providing training on

automated testing tools.
