Role:- SAP Program Director
Location:- Irvine, CA( Hybrid Role)
Mode of Hire:- Contract to hire
JD:
The Finance Record to Report COE lead will advocate process design improvements, best practices, and managed large transformation projects
Provide SAP platform and development standards for project teams in order to develop solutions that leverage SAP best practice and comply with WB architecture standards
Lead platform and development strategy for SAP to ensure solutions are leveraging optimized tools and system capabilities
Manage the vendor relationship with SAP and stay current and up to date with SAP s Roadmap
Lead the SAP Emerging Technology Community of Practice (COP) comprised of CRM s and business clients to ensure analytic solutions are consistent and are using the optimized tools and system capabilities
Facilitate & lead (if necessary) fit-gap analysis via discovery by engaging with business units and other corporate systems team members such as BPC, BI, Security, Basis, SAP FICO
Resource planning , develop team skill matrix and team work load management
Manage a team of 10-15 Business Analysts in the delivery and support of software solutions
Through service introduction planning and execution, ensure that when new capabilities are introduced into production, they are well communicated, and the IT team is prepared for production support
Collaborate with project teams to gather security specific requirements and translate requirements into design
SAP Director Qualifications
Must have hands on experience in managing minimum 5+ large projects valuing $25M per annum
15+ years experience needed
SAP Agile Development Experience
SAP Certifications
Degree in Computer Science, MBA, Business, Engineering, Information Systems, Technical, Information Technology, Business/Administration, Education, Technology
