Voice / Network Support:

Manage phone setup and changes (Cisco, Zoom)

Voicemail

User info

Phone replacement

Verizon Patient OneTalk Cordless solution

Verify settings

911 Address

User Info (Name, Cost Center)

User features (Call Rejection, Call Waiting, International Calling, Caller ID Blocking)

Phone replacement (Setup base and pair 3 handsets to it)

Modify Vlans on switch ports

Phone

PC

Copier/Printer

Wireless

Infrastructure

Monitor/Resolve network and circuit outages

Troubleshoot issues (SD-WAN, Switch, Firewall, VPN)

Contact ISP for circuit outages

Setup site-to-site tunnels with vendors/partners
