This two-year full-time program has start dates in January, March, June, and September with a dedicated “Learning Week” where you will:

About The Team

The Corporate Strategy team is responsible for driving strategic initiatives in Banking Solutions at FIS.  We create and implement strategies to drive margin expansion via cost reduction, revenue increase, or efficiency building within the division. We balance time between short-term goals and thoughtful go-forward strategy for optimizing operations with the lines of business and the leveraged functions.

This role will create process change specific to revenue recovery and revenue assurance for Banking Solutions. The focus is on data and process analysis and re-engineering with an understanding of technical problems and solutions relating to current and future business environments. This team currently consists of approximately 12 analysts.

What You Will Be Doing

Reviewing client contracts

Auditing monthly invoice files

Meeting with business and finance stakeholders

Participating in team presentations

Tracking findings in Quickbase

Validation and Documentation of previous revenue recovery findings

Recommending process changes

What You Bring

Bachelor’s degree in relevant field of study

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Fluent in English; Strong written and verbal communication skills

Adaptability, a drive to learn, and strong problem-solving skills

Ability to work well independently and within a team

Bonus If You Have

Prior experience in the banking industry

Strong presentation skills

Fluent in Spanish or Portuguese

SQL Query experience
