ABOUT THIS FEATURED OPPORTUNITY
Join the Frameworks and Solutions team for Wallets, Payments and Commerce. This team creates solutions for the Quality Testing teams to work quicker and more efficient!
THE OPPORTUNITY FOR YOU
We are seeking a UI Developer with 2+ years of frontend development experience in JavaScript, specializing in React, Redux, and TypeScript. This role focuses primarily on coding, with about 90% of the time spent developing and managing state across multiple components using Redux for UI changes triggered by incoming APIs. Proficiency in TypeScript is essential for ensuring accurate type definitions. The developer will collaborate closely with two leads, a backend engineer, and participate in weekly leadership meetings to discuss project status and next steps. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to clarifying requirements are key, as plans may not always be fully defined. Additionally, experience with wireframing and UI/UX design tools like Sketch, familiarity with git and version control, and knowledge of visualization tools such as SVG Chart Generator are highly desirable.
KEY SUCCESS FACTORS (top 3 must haves)
2+ years of frontend development experience with JavaScript
React experience
Redux - if there is an incoming API it's going to change the UI in several components - manage states across multiple components
TypeScript - use the right definition of that layer
Nice To Haves:
Wire framing - UI/UX design background Sketch
Familiarity with git and version control
Visualization tools - SVG Chart Generator
