Info-Matrix Corporation is currently seeking a skilled a QA Tester to join our team!
A QA Tester is a professional who participates in the planning, development, and execution of testing efforts in an organization. The role requires a person who has experience in test plan development and test plan execution for a large modernization project for Medicaid or commercial health insurance plan. Additionally, the candidate for this position must have excellent communication skills as the role requires interfacing with different stakeholders in the organization.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate testing efforts to support implementations, continuity of operations within the legacy systems, and overall MMIS function.
Develop the test plan for new software modules and integration with legacy systems and modules.
Oversee test case and test script development and approval for integration testing efforts
Facilitate test environment setup
Coordinate defect management efforts for all testing activities
Works in cooperation with client and all implementation contractors.
Participate in disaster recover testing
Automated testing
Experience:
Minimum of six (6) years of experience with planning and executing all phases of system testing – unit testing, system testing, integration testing, user acceptance testing, regression testing, performance testing
Experience with and expertise in selection and use of automated test tools and other testing-related tools
Experience working with test teams comprising individuals from multiple organizations
