Description of Services: The company is seeking a qualified Systems Analyst 3 to support applications and software development efforts. The selected candidate will possess a strong background in systems analysis and will contribute to various projects aimed at enhancing business processes and technological solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze business objectives and problems to identify alternative solutions and conduct cost/benefit analyses.
Gather and evaluate user requirements, procedures, and issues to automate processes or enhance existing computer systems.
Collaborate with relevant personnel to understand current operational procedures, identify challenges, and clarify specific input/output requirements.
Document detailed user needs, program functions, and the necessary steps to develop or modify software programs.
Assess computer system capabilities, specifications, and scheduling limitations to determine the feasibility of requested programs or changes within existing systems.
Qualifications:
Minimum Requirements:
8 years of proven experience as a Full Stack Developer.
4 years of preferred cloud experience (strongly preferred).
4 years of preferred front-end development experience using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React JS (strongly preferred).
4 years of preferred back-end development experience using Java (strongly preferred).
4 years of preferred database development experience with relational databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL, or Snowflake (strongly preferred).
3 years of preferred DevOps experience.
2 years of preferred cloud web application development experience using AWS technologies (e.g., AWS Amplify, AWS Lambda, Amazon API Gateway) (strongly preferred).
1 year of preferred experience showcasing excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or a relevant field is preferred.
