Overview:
The Implementation Specialist will support CPI's production requirements and processes internally. They will apply knowledge of internal requirements/systems when analyzing customers’ provided data specifications and requirements, ultimately recommending efficient and effective implementation plans for new products, programs, and/or customers.
Responsibilities:
Establish positive relationships with assigned clients to implement large-scale conversions based on client-determined criteria
Establish user accounts and provides log-in credentials, receives, uploads, and validates client data, configures features, and provides end-user training
Assist clients with maintaining high levels of efficiency and accuracy through all stages of implementation
Create and provide system or implementation process documentation
Conduct thorough needs-analysis for assigned conversions or projects, seek support from internal customers based on needs, and provide solutions
Suggest feature or functionality changes or enhancements to product management based on client feedback
Escalates concerns or issues to the account management team
Generate output for client review and approval
Create and distribute implementation timelines to internal customers and external clients for approval and use throughout conversion
Coordinate internal resources required for conversion and facilitate effective information exchange between client and internal customers
Serve as project manager for efficiency improvements
Act as an empowered liaison between external clients and internal customers to provide exceptional service to clients
May provide pre-sales or proof-of-concept assistance to the sales team or prospective clients during the sales cycle
Qualifications:
Strong analytical problem-solving skills, identifying and resolving unique problems
Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on client needs
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
Ability to troubleshoot issues and determine root cause
Ability to act with effectively act with limited information and maintain agility when new information is presented
Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with external clients
Demonstrated ability to solve problems, determine appropriate actions and complete projects with minimal direction
Skilled in managing multiple concurrent projects, activities and tasks under time constraints
Acumen to facilitate productive meetings and drive outcomes
Willingness to perform additional tasks which may be outside of the defined role to grow the business and ensure client satisfaction
Outstanding administrative proficiency and customer service skills
Requirements:
Bachelor’s in Business Administration or Finance, or equivalent experience
Minimum of 2 years’ experience customer service and/or project management
Previous commercial or retail banking experience is preferred
Physical Demands:
This is a Hybrid position; ability to work from home and be onsite in the office; work a minimum of 40 hours per week;
Hours are minimum 40 hours per week during company’s regular business hours however evening and/or weekend work may be required as job duties demand;
Work is in a typical office environment; prolonged sitting required (1-2 hours at a time); ability to move around the office to attend meetings; deliver items; gather supplies; set up meetings; etc. lifting up to 20 lbs occasionally.
Work environment: Usual office setting; close contact with employees for long periods of time. The noise level in the work environment is usually minimal.
Position may require minimal travel by car and/or plane.
This role requires the ability to work from home in a virtual environment, where the following is required;
reliable high-speed internet access (hotspot not acceptable)
dedicated distraction-free home work environment
