Summary
Quality Assurance expert responsible for leading good practices implementation for both manual and automated tests. Verifies the compliance of developed software against the defined functional and non-functional acceptance criteria on all test levels (except unit and component tests). Applies appropriate automation solutions to expedite tests while maintaining reasonable test coverage. Supports the technical skills of Quality Assurance engineers with less experience.
Required Experience:
5+ years of commercial experience as QA Engineer or relevant role.
Experience in assessing test coverage, identifying gaps in test coverage and using appropriate tooling to eliminate the gaps.
Fluency in creation, execution, and maintenance of manual and automated tests for commercial business applications.
Knowledge of version control systems and comfort with pull request workflows.
Required Skills:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience in both automated and manual testing of software applications.
Proficiency in automated testing tools such as Selenium, WebDriver, Appium, NUnit, TestNG etc.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience using static code analysis tools
Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git, Azure DevOps).
Basic SQL knowledge to be able to get the data with simple queries.
