We are seeking an Oracle Order to Cash (O2C) Consultant in the Bay Area, CA. Onsite presence is preferred, but remote candidates in the PST timezone are also acceptable.
Experience in the retail or manufacturing industry is a plus.
The client is looking for a professional with 8-12 years of experience in Oracle Order to Cash (O2C) processes, specifically with expertise in Oracle Order Management Cloud and SCM (Supply Chain Management) Cloud modules. Here are the key qualifications and responsibilities they are seeking:
Technical Expertise:
Strong knowledge of Oracle Order Management Cloud modules, including Order Management, Pricing, Global Order Promising, Inventory, and Costing.
Ability to understand Sales Order Management business requirements and map them to Oracle Cloud functionality.
Experience in solution development and configuration for end-to-end order management processes based on BR100 documents.
Expertise in RICEFW (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, Forms, and Workflows) documentation.
Experience in creating, reviewing, and executing test scripts for Order Management processes within Oracle Cloud.
Ability to handle data mapping and fill in FBDI (File-Based Data Import) documents for migrating data to Oracle Order Management Cloud from legacy systems.
Knowledge of EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) integrations with third-party applications relevant to order management processes.
Functional Knowledge:
Ability to work closely with Client Oracle SMEs and Project Managers to ensure client acceptance of the rollout solution based on a Global Design template.
Experience in supporting users during Conference Room Pilots (CRPs), System Integration Testing (SITs), and User Acceptance Testing (UATs).
Capability to train key business users on Oracle Order Management Cloud modules.
Experience in business transition during the onboarding phase from incumbent vendors/client IT.
Industry Knowledge:
Experience in the retail or manufacturing industry is a plus, as the candidate should be familiar with industry-specific nuances for Oracle Order Management Cloud implementations.
Experience in rollouts and implementations of Oracle SCM modules in regions like EMEA, North America, and APAC.
Professional Skills:
Oracle Order Management Cloud certifications are highly desirable.
Proven expertise in the Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP domain with experience in multiple end-to-end implementations and rollouts.
Client-facing skills: Strong interpersonal communication, client handling, negotiation, and influencing abilities.
Ability to prioritize and work independently as well as in a team environment.
Agile/Scrum experience.
Problem-solving, analytical, and presentation skills with a keen eye for detail.
Willingness to travel across countries as needed.
