Position Title: Senior IT Systems Analyst

Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior IT Systems Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and extensive experience with integration, mainframe systems, and various technologies including IDM, ETL, Z platforms, and more.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze and integrate complex IT systems to ensure seamless operation and data flow across various platforms.
Serve as a technical expert and provide comprehensive system analysis, design, and support for mainframe and distributed systems.
Develop and maintain Identity Management (IDM) solutions to ensure secure access and compliance.
Design, develop, and manage Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) processes for efficient data migration and integration.
Provide technical expertise in managing and maintaining Z platforms and VM databases.
Utilize COBOL and Natural programming languages for system development and maintenance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify system requirements and develop solutions to meet business needs.
Conduct system testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
Document system specifications, configurations, and changes to maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status and technical issues.
Stay current with industry trends and advancements in technology to ensure the organization remains competitive and innovative.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience as an IT Systems Analyst, Integration Analyst, or similar role.
Extensive experience with mainframe systems, including Z platforms and VM databases.
Proficiency in COBOL and Natural programming languages.
Strong knowledge of Identity Management (IDM) and ETL processes.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
US citizenship or permanent residency is required.
Preferred Qualifications:
Advanced degree in a related field.
Professional certifications in relevant technologies.
Experience with additional programming languages and database management systems.
Prior experience in a similar industry or sector.
