Epika Fleet Services is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Project Analyst to support our IT team.

The ideal candidate will play a key role in assessing project performance, analyzing data, documenting processes on projects and providing insights to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

 

This position requires strong analytical skills, effective communication, and the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders.

This role will also work closely with our CTO and involves creating comprehensive documentation for various projects, including technical documents related to API features, wireframes, and User Interfaces. The ideal candidate will have experience with creating diagram systems for web applications and a strong understanding of endpoints and project tracking.

Responsibilities:
What You Will Do

 

Technical Documentation: Develop and maintain detailed technical documentation for individual projects, including API documentation, user guides, and system overviews.

Visual Documentation: Create wireframes and use UI design principles to convey information visually. Design and develop diagrams and flowcharts for web applications, systems and networks.

Project Tracking: Monitor the status of various projects, keeping track of their progress and milestones. Provide updates to the team and report to the manager as needed.

Collaboration: Work closely with the IT team and business stakeholders to gather information, clarify requirements, and ensure accurate and comprehensive documentation.

ERP and SaaS Products: Document features and functionalities of ERP systems, SaaS products, and custom software solutions. Examples of documents would include user manuals, feature documentation and release notes, API endpoint documentation, and project update presentations for high level stakeholders.

Qualifications:
What You Will Need

 

Experience: At least 2-3 years of experience as a Project Analyst or in a similar role, with a focus on technical documentation and visual communication.

Skills:

Drafting documentation for end users for IT and software projects

Gathering and Synthesizing requirements from stakeholders for project teams

Proficiency in creating wireframes of user interfaces and UI designs.

Strong ability to create diagrams and flowcharts for web applications.

Knowledge of API documentation and understanding of endpoints.

Experience with ERP systems, SaaS products, and custom software is highly desirable.

Familiarity with project management principles is a plus.

 

Technical Proficiency: Experience with documentation tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Figma, Visio/lucidchart or similar platforms.

 

Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical information in a clear and concise manner.

 

Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills with the ability to track multiple projects and meet deadlines.

 

Additional Information:

 

Role Type: This can be a fully remote position or hybrid based out of our Nashville office.

Occasional travel to Nashville will be required.

 

Hours: Flexible hours ranging from 40 to 50 hours per week, depending on project requirements and workload.

Pay Range:
USD $65,000.00 - USD $80,000.00 /Yr.
