Usability & Accessibility Testing:
Strong experience with accessibility focus
A strong Accessibility/usability resource that can act both as a senior tester and liaison for the development team to understand accessibility requirements.
Strong communication, leadership and accessibility testing experience is required
Must have a strong grasp of WCAG 2.1 AA Guidelines
Prior keyboard testing to ensure entire site is accessible without mouse input
Ability to test both Mac and PC screen readers and voice over
Knowledge of NVDA
Must have worked with chrome and edge plugin "Accessibility Insights for Web” Accessibility Insights for Web ·Accessibility Insights

Over 10 years of experience in to Software Testing.
Overall 7-8 Years of exp in Security Penetration testing
Understand the scope/ architecture of the target application(s) & security compliances to plan / execute penetration testing activities
Conduct tool feasibility and recommend suitable tool to conduct penetration testing of the applications
Setup (or use existing) penetration testing environment/ framework to support pen testing needs
Experience in using commercial and open source security scanners Example: Web Inspect, Acunetix, Fortify, Checkmarx..etc
Perform penetration testing based on industry standard methodologies to identify security vulnerabilities
Analyze scan results and categorize the results based on the vulnerability type & publish security vulnerability reports
Good communication and stakeholder management skills
