UX/UI screens for the COMET (our underwriting platform) construction workflows to facilitate funding requests / approvals. Workflows like (with some level of discovery and user testing):
Input Construction Data
Request Fund Draw / Disbursement
Review & Approve Request
Rebalance Budget
View Construction Summary
Requirements
Independent designer who can take general instruction and produce screens, prototypes and conduct some User Testing as needed.
UX/UI mostly, with strong Figma and prototyping skills (must have)
Some Research and/or Service Design skill set (nice to have)
