Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated Dynamics CRM Data Migration Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will lead the migration of data to Dynamics CRM using SSIS and Kingsway Soft tools, ensuring seamless transitions and data integrity. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to analyze data requirements, develop migration strategies, and execute efficient data transfers.
Responsibilities:
Analyze existing data structures and business requirements to design effective migration plans for Dynamics CRM.
Utilize SSIS and Kingsway Soft tools to develop data migration packages, including data extraction, transformation, and loading processes.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define migration requirements, priorities, and timelines, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Execute data migration activities according to established plans, minimizing downtime and ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
Conduct thorough data validation and reconciliation post-migration, addressing any discrepancies or issues promptly.
Troubleshoot and resolve data migration issues, working closely with internal teams and external vendors as needed.
Develop documentation and training materials to support end-users in leveraging Dynamics CRM data effectively.
Stay abreast of Dynamics CRM updates and best practices, continuously identifying opportunities for process improvement and optimization.
Requirements:
Proven experience of 5 years or more in Dynamics CRM data migration projects, with proficiency in SSIS and Kingsway Soft tools.
Strong understanding of Dynamics CRM data structures, entities, and relationships.
Proficiency in SQL querying and database concepts, with the ability to optimize data extraction and transformation processes.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a keen attention to detail.
Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across cross-functional teams.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
Relevant certifications in Dynamics CRM and data migration tools are desirable.
