About the Role:
We are looking for skilled Automation Engineers with expertise in DeltaV and PCS 7 systems to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in automation, process control systems, and knowledge of industrial control systems in various environments.
Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain automation solutions using DeltaV and PCS 7 control systems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement automation projects in manufacturing and process control environments.
Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues with control systems, ensuring system reliability and efficiency.
Configure, program, and commission DeltaV and PCS 7 systems to meet client requirements.
Perform system upgrades, modifications, and enhancements as required.
Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and safety regulations.
Create and update documentation for system design, configuration, and operation.
Train personnel on the operation and maintenance of automation systems.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Automation, or a related field.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience working with DeltaV and PCS 7 control systems.
Proficiency in automation software, hardware, and process control strategies.
Strong troubleshooting skills and experience in system integration.
Familiarity with network communication protocols, field devices, and control systems architecture.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with validation and qualification processes in regulated industries (e.g., pharmaceuticals, biotechnology).
Familiarity with batch and continuous process control.
Knowledge of GAMP 5 and FDA guidelines for automated systems.
