How you'll make an impact:
Specializes in providing in person assistance to employee end users through technical expertise for hardware issues, management, and upgrades.
Maintains and troubleshoots a range of user problems including PC hardware/software/LAN and voice network.
Diagnoses problem source through discussions with users and coordinating with internal organization support and operations groups and/or with vendors to resolve problems.
Acquires, installs, and upgrades PC components and software and planning for/responding to service outages and other problems.
Trains users on use of new technology and software. A Supervisor of Support level employees. May include supervising offshore resources and/or contract resources.
Responsibilities typically include:
Setting day-to-day operational objectives and KPIs for team.
Defining technical requirements
Managing quality issues
Handling routine problems, escalating when necessary
Ensuring IT Compliance policies and procedures are understood and followed.
About you:
Required:
Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 3 years of prior relevant experience, or equivalent experience.

Program/portfolio mgmt
Project mgmt
Communication and stakeholder mgmt
Change planning, implementation, and mgmt
Capacity mgmt and prioritization
Vendor Mgmt
Business/insurance acumen
SCRUM, Agile, or similar PM methodology
