Role: IT Support / Lab Computing Analyst
Contract Duration: 6 months with possible extension
Location: Albany, NY 12232
Hours and Training:
40 HR/WK, M-F, Available shifts for worker
6 AM-2:30 PM – Seeking to fulfill backfill first for this shift
6-6 PM – Onsite Coverage
9-6 PM
8-4:30 PM
8:30-5PM
On Call – Yes, 1 week a month (possible decrease based on business needs)
Qualifications/years of experience:
* Entry Level – Recent Grads
* 1-3 years of experience – No degree
* Bachelors Degree in Computer Science
Must Haves:
* Lab Support Experience
* Computer Navigation Experience
* Documentation Data Entry Experience
* Manufacturing Experience (preferred not required)
* Clean Room Experience (preferred not required)
Technology Requirements:
* Microsoft Experience
Additional Requirements:
* Gowning training - PPE Training (provided onsite)
* Admin Service Experience
* Helpdesk Experience - Troubleshoot
Soft Skills Needed:
* Team Player
* Effective Communicator
* Able to multitask
* Able to adapt to fast pace work environment
* Ability to work with team but individually
* Able to work under pressure
Performance Measurements:
* Sponsor Training and Guidance provided daily
* Weekly support with managing team
* 6 weeks of training
* Daily Team Huddles
* 1:1 Touchpoints
