Genesis10 is seeking a Salesforce Developer for a contract with our client in Minnetonka, MN. 80% Remote.
Job Description:
The Salesforce (Associate Platform) Developer , will provide support to the businesses through the customization and configuration of the Salesforce platform. This position will be responsible for all types of standard Salesforce Development (Apex, Visualforce and Lightning Component Framework) and customization including coding, unit testing, building applications, and creating and modifying existing applications.
Key Responsibilities:
Execute significant platform changes, remediate complex development problems and lead project teams.
Keep current on platform technologies and trends; attend and lead medium- or large- sized project meetings and enforce best practices.
Apply specialized technical knowledge.
Evaluate, plan and implement medium- or large- sized projects.
Test complex platform development functions.
Document and resolve complex problems.
Report progress to leaders.
Other duties as assigned or required.
Required Basic Qualifications:
Competent to work in all phases of platform development to include troubleshooting and projects; always takes the implications of changes to the current platform environment into consideration before acting.
Typically has 2-3 years of relevant experience as a Salesforce Developer.
Salesforce Certificated Developer
Knowledge of using Salesforce Lightning
Proficient with Apex and Visualforce knowledge
Hands on experience with Salesforce Automation tools as Process Builder, Visual Flows, Approval Processes and change sets
Preferred:
Salesforce Administrator or Administrator II Certification
Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology
Knowledge of Marketing Cloud
Understanding of languages such as Java/C#/OOP, JavaScript, JQuery/Angular JS/Bootstrap, SQL/SOQL, Web Services, and Lightning Web Components
Must have platform analysis and administration experience in an enterprise environment.
Strong preference for a degree or an advanced certification in a technology - or platform -specific course of study.
Compensation:
Hourly W2 pay rate $
