The Salesforce Developer will work along the full development lifecycle, including configuration, customization, and implementation. You will work in an agile environment with other developers, product owners, designers, test engineers, and functional SMEs to deliver various Salesforce requirements and best practices. You will work closely with the customer and team to solution around new capabilities or features to support the mission.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with the development on the Salesforce platform, including new features, applications, and integrations, in support of mission requirements
- Write and maintain Apex code and your knowledge of the Salesforce platform's capabilities
- Provide advice and solutioning around new features and applications and modernizing and improving existing solutions
- Work on an agile delivery team with other developers, product owners, designers, test engineers, and functional SMEs
- Work directly with the customer to iterate on requirements and product feedback
- Provide support briefings and updates for non-technical audiences and senior leaders
Qualifications:
MINIMUM
- Bachelor's degree in science, technology, engineering, mathematics, computer science, or related technical discipline
- 4+ years of experience with Salesforce platform development, including Apex and JavaScript development using GitHub repositories
- Knowledge of the full Salesforce development lifecycle
- Experience working with Agile software development with Scrum
- Salesforce Platform Developer I certification
- Ability to obtain a Secret clearance is required (you must be a US Citizen to obtain a secret clearance)
PREFERRED
- Experience with Salesforce DevOps technologies and tools, including GitHub
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and consulting skills
- Understanding of Visual Studio code
- Salesforce Platform App Builder and/or Application Architect certifications
- Experience working with DOD or military IT systems
