Are you ready to build your career by joining a global financial institution? If so, our client is hiring an Operations Analyst!
What You'll Do:
Establish and maintain effective relationships in order to deliver world class services to internal teams across multiple securities-based lending products. Internal interaction to include phone / correspondence support associated with the firm's Liquidity Access Line & Express Credit Line lending products.
Internal client interactions are provided to Financial Advisors, Branches, and other internal employees.
What You’ll Bring:
Should have interest or familiarity in one or more of the following: AML/KYC, Cash Management, Loan Servicing, Regulatory Reporting, Business Management, Projects, Wealth Management and Client Services.
Skills and Experience
1 to 6 years of work experience and possess the following attributes:
Required
Demonstrated track record of achievement with the ability to take initiative in a challenging environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly communicate information to a range of audiences
Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability for tasks
Adaptable team player
Detail oriented and ability to adhere to strict timelines
Strong organizational and time management skills
Analytical skills
Strong Microsoft Office skills
Ability to:
Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources
Proactively contribute towards continued improvements in control, operational efficiency, and industry initiatives
Multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
Preferred:
Familiarity with the financial markets and current regulatory landscape
Project management experience
Business analysis skills
